In a statement on X, it claimed to have found rifles, RPG ammunition, military equipment and technological assets in a compound in the southern city of Khan Younis.
It also said its fighter jets struck several Hamas targets, including infrastructure and launch posts in the city.
The Palestinian Health Ministry earlier reported that at least 92 people were killed in overnight Israeli attacks.
Meanwhile, the Palestinian group has said it targeted six Israeli tanks, shot a soldier and fired a shell at a building housing troops in separate attacks in Gaza City.
Israel had said weeks ago that it dismantled Hamas's "military framework" in northern Gaza.
