Apr 23, 2025

Kyiv [Ukraine], April 23: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Tuesday that Kiev is prepared to engage in talks in any format once a potential ceasefire with Russia is established, the government-run Ukrinform news agency reported.
"We are ready to record that once the ceasefire is in place, we are prepared to sit down (at the negotiation table) in any format," Zelensky told a media briefing in Kiev.
He expressed hope that Russia is also open to dialogue.
Zelensky added that the Ukrainian delegation, which is set to meet with foreign representatives in London this week, will have a mandate to negotiate a full or partial ceasefire.
On Monday, Zelensky announced that Ukraine will hold talks - aimed at achieving peace - with the United Kingdom, France, and the United States in London on Wednesday.
